Halloween Costume Contest Party at The Harbour Grille

1st Prize $500 cash
2nd Prize is a $300 party certificate for you and your friends to ENJOY The Harbour Grille Festivities. – Tips not included on the certificate – 21 and up – Must have wristband for service. Expires 3/31/2019.
3rd Prize – $100 gift card @ the Harbor Grille – Same limitations from above apply.
(Noteworthy – all participants in the costume contest must by 21 years of age or older to win. By Virginia state law Children are not permitted in the bar area or as part of the contest after 9 pm.)
Your kiddos are always welcome with proper adult supervision in the dining room before 10 pm.
